Hiya, farm friend 👋🏼
In case you’d like to catch up on our Meet the Mommas series (where we’ve introduced you to each of our mommas), you can find them here:
You can also catch up on our Meet the Babies series here:
Over the next several weeks, we’re going to continue introducing you to all of our goat kids that we’ve had this spring.
Ready to meet Astra’s little cuties?.
Momma Astra had a boy and a girl on Saturday March 30th 🤩🤩 and you won't believe how cute they are!
Astra, one of our beloved goat mamas, gave birth to her very first kids this spring - and she had twins!
I mean just looking at the three of them spooning makes my heart skip a beat.
(Besides Cookie’s kids) We decided to name all of our 2024 Spring goat kids based off city/town location names.
You never know, some of your favorites might show up, so stay tuned!!
But for now we’ll be introducing you to these sweeties: Charlotte and Memphis.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a little gray fluffball with a white poll, frosted ears and nose, and minimal white.
Can you even handle this level of goat kid adorableness?
She loves jumping, zooming, and cuddles 🥰
Find more photos of Charlotte HERE.
Memphis
The little guy Memphis takes after his momma… black and white with the most striking blue eyes.
But wait, there's more - he's got some adorable wattles hanging from his neck, taking after his dad Willard.
What exactly are goat wattles?
Goat wattles are those funky, hair-covered appendages hanging from the necks of some goats. Think of them as nature's little ornaments! They can appear as one or a pair and are typically found on the throat area. Despite their distinctive look, wattles don't serve a specific purpose—they're just super cute (well, to most of us!).
Find more photos of Memphis HERE.
These two are already stealing hearts left and right with anyone who comes over to visit the farm.
Astra's been an absolute champ through it all, doting on her babies and keeping them well-fed with her rich, creamy milk.
We're just so excited to welcome these tiny new additions to the Penner Mini Farms crew!
XOXO
That is is for today, but be sure to stay tuned for next week where we will introduce you to Daisy’s kids 🤩

🥰 SUPPORT THE FARM 🥰
If you’d like to support our farm, here are a few ways to do that:
Try some Goat Milk Soaps (your skin will thank you!)
Join the Goat Milk Waitlist for fresh raw goats milk, available soon!
Pre-order a custom built hay feeder (for miniature legs)
Rent a registered Nigerian Dwarf buck with our Buck Lease Service
A portion of all animal sales goes directly to the Goat Project at The Hope Venture, and all other profits made go directly back into the farm to cover vet bills, purchasing whole oats & alfalfa for our mommas, updating fencing & shelters, etc.
We would not be able to do what we do without the support of our local community and farm fans everywhere, so we are so very blessed to have your support!
🙏🏼 PENNER MINI FARMS PRAYER PARTNERS 🙏🏼
Every day we try to pray over ourselves and the farm.
We ask God to “give us clean air to breathe, clean water to drink, and clean food to eat”; for the animals and for ourselves. We humbly invite you to partner with us in prayer for the farm, as well as for your own families!
We’d love to hear how we can specifically be praying for your family as well; please do us the honor of letting us know how we can pray for you!
